The local coastline                          2024 Edition -  Finistere Marathon - Next episode the 23rd June 2024                             The local coastline

The coastline of the Côte des Légendes will surprise you with the variety of landscapes it offers: alternation of fine sandy beaches, coves and rocky spaces.

Conducive to rest, walking, “land” and water sports, it constitutes a privileged space, but also fragile. It is home to many protected species including, for example, the blue thistle, emblem of the Conservatoire du Littoral et des Species Naturels Lacustres.

At low tide, fishermen can go fishing on foot: “rigadelles”, shrimps, curry combs, etc. A moment to share with the family, so enjoy your meal!

However, be careful with the tide, you should not underestimate the time it will take you to reach your fishing site and especially the time it will take you to reach the coast.

So set aside some time to come and meet it.
